We want our payment terms to be clear and fair. This policy applies to consulting sessions, booking-based services, and related digital services purchased through this website unless a service page, checkout page, booking confirmation, or separate agreement states otherwise. Refund eligibility will usually depend on the type of service purchased, its delivery status, the timing of cancellation, and whether an order issue occurred.

Booked consulting sessions

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you may request a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, are generally non-refundable.

Delivered digital services

Once a service has started, a consultation has been completed, or digital content has been unlocked or delivered, refunds are generally not available unless required by law or we confirm a duplicate charge or technical failure.

Order issues

If you were charged more than once, paid successfully but did not receive the service, or encountered a system problem that prevented normal access, you may contact support for review.

Special conditions

If a specific service is marked as time-sensitive, one-time, already in progress, or non-revocable after access is granted, stricter cancellation and refund rules may apply. The relevant service page and order confirmation will control.

How to request

Submitting a refund request

  • Use support@diluowei.com, your order confirmation email, or the support method provided at checkout
  • Include the order email, order number, payment date, and a short explanation of the issue
  • We may ask for additional details if needed to verify the order and process the request
Common approval grounds

Refund review usually focuses on these situations

  • Duplicate charges, incorrect overbilling, or other clear payment anomalies
  • A confirmed payment where the promised service was not delivered as described
  • A technical failure that prevented normal booking, access, or service use after payment
When refunds are usually unavailable

Completed or substantially delivered services are generally non-refundable

  • A consultation has already taken place or the booked service has already begun
  • Digital materials, booking links, downloadable content, or service access have already been delivered or unlocked
  • The refund request is based only on a change of mind, missed attendance, or incorrect information submitted by the customer, and no law or service-specific term requires a refund
Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method

If a refund is approved, we will initiate the return through the original payment method. Final settlement time depends on the payment provider, card issuer, or bank.

Some services may have separate cancellation terms

If a service page, booking confirmation, or separate agreement states different cancellation, rescheduling, or refund rules, those service-specific terms will apply to that purchase.
